The 3T Program is a grass-roots incorporated non-profit organization founded in 1996. We provide many services to Youth in the city of Scarborough designed to edify, engage, and empower youth from all walks of life. Formerly known as the Toronto Teen Track Program, this program originated as a community track & field club for local kids, the initiative quickly expanded to include a wider range of services for Newcomer youth and youth from low-income families to assist them in their personal transitions with vocational, educational and settlement needs, without sacrificing the popular recreational & sports components. The Program now focuses on marginalized teens & children and their families in the city with special interest placed on north-Scarborough communities.
We have a very successful track record in terms of project and service delivery, and a vast network of community partners and alliances (As outlined in this 2003 Toronto Sun news article).
3T Program Features:
• Quality, innovative and safe after-school or evening recreation programs, activities, events or clubs
• Programs include sports, outdoor play, special events, creative activities, opportunities for positive social & cultural

• Programs designed to promote active healthy living amongst the young, address local neighbourhood needs, and
